They look really great on you, so if they're comfortable, I'd say keep for sure. Zara is indeed all over the place in terms of sizing and quality. The stores kind of overwhelm me too, like Kelly said. I think the decision with regards to the OTK boots has been made, they are fab. I really also like the grey sweater, it's oversized but doesn't overwhelm you. However only you can tell. The blue jacket: I feel it's especially the sleeves that are too big, too wide, the body might be ok. I may have to check them out! Regarding Zara in general, I am a fan. We don't have online sales in Israel but we do have quite a lot of actual stores and I really enjoy taking a spin and checking out the styles. I find it really sharpens my eye for what to look for at second hand stores. And I very often fall for their trendy and relatively affordable shoes - quality does vary but I have found a few real winners there over the years. But let me explain.  <ul> <li>I live in a small city with almost no brick-and-mortar options. </li> <li>I live in Canada, where online shopping with free shipping and returns is not so easy to find (and Zara offers it). </li> <li>They happen to ship to my location especially quickly. </li> <li>The clothes tend to fit me well as they are (mostly) cut smaller and narrow (unless they are intentionally oversized as with your grey sweater). And this works for my small frame. </li> <li>They have up-to-the-minute styles in lower prices. </li> </ul> Things I don't like: Quality is inconsistent. Often poor, sometimes fine for the price (i.e. you get what you pay for) - - but sometimes shockingly good -- you never know until the item is in your hand. I have a pair of booties from Zara that are still going strong after three years of HARD wear, and I mean hard. (As in, they're my most worn bootie and I often walk 5 miles a day in them for months on end. Yes, I've had them re-heeled, but apart from that they look as good as the day I bought them.)  Fast fashion and all that implies for global workers and our environment. My faves are the OTK and the grey booties. I think the OTK are great with dresses and go well with your brown duster. My feeling is if you get a pair you can wear over jeans, then it may be very casual looking with dresses, but that's up to you. I have a lot of problems with Zara sizing, and that translates over to COS as well. Half the things I try on fit and half don't typically. Forever21's sizing is much more consistent and I've had a lot of luck ordering online in the past even though I'm trying to avoid the brand these days. But if Zara has a good returns policy, definitely keep ordering! It's nice to have confirmation about the OTK boots, I thought they were the best too. KKards, the camel sweater is actually from Forever 21, funny you should mention them! I like their styles but the quality is pretty iffy but this sweater is already a favorite and I've only had it a few weeks so I think I'll get my use out of it.  Gail, the OTK boots are fairly slim fitting, I could measure them if you are interested. My calves are on the thinner side although I wouldn't call them skinny and they seem to have enough room without being baggy. I pretty much wear mine exclusively with dresses so I don't think that is a limiting factor. The colour and fit are great. I also like the long cardi and the black boots in no 7. I really enjoy the colours, variety and range at Zara but I find their sizing is all over the place. I shop in store (Zara is not available online here) and I usually have to take 2-3 sizes of every garment I am interested in to the change rooms. Plus I was impressed with their shipping policies, my order came quickly. I ordered 2 sweaters and 4 pairs of boots. Overall I was impressed. The sweaters seem like nice quality but don't fit me at all so will be going back. It was really hard to tell fit by the pictures (I don't look at all like the models, haha) and they are both huge and long. I wear petites whenever possible but can often get away with regular sizes depending on how they fall but no way with these. I included a picture of me in the grey zip one. I would have liked this but besides being too big, the pockets fell right at my hips and it was not a good look. The boots all fit well. I'm usually a 7 1/2 and the 38 fit me. The grey booties are not good. Cheap material, stiff, uncomfortable, definitely going back. I love the OTK boots, not too cheap looking for not being leather and I think they are flattering. However, I'm not sure I could wear them with anything but dresses so they might not be versatile enough for me.I tried them with pants tucked in and it was just too much fabric. The black heels are really quite nice, love the shaft height and the leather is fairly soft.  I think the heel is too high for me though, not sure I could wear them for any length of time. They look higher is real life than in the picture. The silver sock booties are cute and comfy, I really like them. I just have to decide if I would get enough use out of them. They'd be fun around the holidays. So I may return everything, or may keep the OTK boots and the silver booties. I think I will look for some other black boots like these with a lower heel because I really liked they way they looked with my cropped pants. Overall I liked the items and will be trying Zara again.  What do you all think? Have you had similar experiences with Zara? Oh also, is this blue faux leather jacket too big? I don't like things to be tight so tend to go too big but I'm thinking this might be too much. It is pretty comfortable though. Ack! So indecisive!
