I like the dress on you! I like the sleeves this length, how short were you thinking of going with them? You're good either way with the hem. A quick thought about if you taper the ends AND shorten you'll end up with a slightly more bombshell dress. Left long and untapered you've got a more shift style thing. Both fun options. For myself, I prefer it to end closer to my bust line than my waist. The sleeve line at the waist just makes the waist look even wider whereas having arm skin exposed gives a bit of a waist whittling effect. </p>
