IMO, these jeans are very hard to photograph. When I first posted mine, people worried that I had VPL. Well, it wasn't VPL -- it was the pocket stitching. The way it is place and the way the flash works, it gets emphasized in photos in a way that just doesn't happen in real life, and ends up making the rear view look peculiar. I know this is a function of the camera because I asked my DH to look carefully and tell me the truth. He said the back view IRL was just fine. I think I'll keep them. While I'm not overweight, I do have...shapely...thighs, so that's probably what's causing the pull lines in the back. I don't think I can escape that with any narrow-legged pant and is why I tend to favor trouser style pants.</p> <p>I also wonder if I've been going overboard on fit analysis. I keep looking for the perfect length, wrinkle-less pants and just don't think they're out there. Some are better than others though. I really don't want too much whiskering or crotch oddities and I do want my pants to be the right length.
