I think nr 1 is beautiful from front, and all others with the skirt only. But jacket is a bit of weird with those big round lappels, when not worn with it's skirt of the same fabric to balance somehow the look. When you are wearing the suit as two pieces together, I see a lot of bulk in the sleeves, which strikes me as a strange place to have bulk! Plus this then gives you the double thickness of that over the skirt. I know you have to have a double thickness if a jacket is longer than waist length but it can work better in a finer weight of fabric. </p> <p>I'm very interested in what's on the horizon for skirted suits. I bought the jacket and then returned and bought the skirt, but I am very disappointed at what I see in the photos versus what I see in the mirror. At this stage I am planning on returning the suit tomorrow, but I thought I should at least show you and get your input.</p> <p>The photos range from the suit pieces together, the skirt with other toppers and the jacket with other bottoms and a dress.</p> <p>Please note I have not "styled" just tried on with a few things.</p> <p>I included #6 which is a picture I took in my mirror which reflects much better what I see when I look at it. #7 is what the jacket looks like in the pictures with my arms down by my side, but the mirror shows much more waist definition.</p> <p>For me the suit is just not looking good enough.</p> <p>What say you.
