I reviewed the types when I first joined and quickly reverted to old habits I think. I am mostly Apple but used to be rectangle if that makes sense. The Apple is mid section weight. I just reviewed Angie's notes again and see that waist surrender is ok but perhaps not with the snugged in style. Sigh - I bought two shirts like this. And my daughters support it LOL. I think I like them because they are easy and no lumps show. If not, that might be a good place to start. It's tough to tell absolutely from these photos, but it looks as if you might be a rectangle or an apple? I might be completely wrong because the shirt could be making you look that way when you are not. What the shirt definitely does is make you look as if you do not have a strong shoulder line (whether you do or not). If your shoulders are a bit sloping, you might want to pick something that has a bit more structure in that area. The fabric is very soft and washable in the machine. It is a bit stretchy and is 100% nylon - not very organic :). You are doing really well. Buying from the Bay (where you can return if necessary) is an excellent strategy when you are concerned about whether or not something's going to work. </p> <p>If the fabric is great, this top might be well worth keeping. It's not easy to find blouses in fabrics that feel good. </p> <p>Is it washable? But I do agree with Astrid that a slightly more defined shoulder might be nice in terms of ultimate figure flattery.
