I live near the mountains and each winter seems to be different. This winter we are down from the usual snowfall by at least 20 inches. The snow never seems to stick around long enough to be messy or slushy. It quickly evaporates in our dry air. Most days ( over 300 a year they say) are sunny.. so lots of cool to cold sunny winter days. If they are comfortable, I think they are a keep. The detail can show with crops and skirts, and with a full length bootcut you get the nice toe shape. Or too big in the ankle. They are about a one inch heel which is doable for me and warm enough and comfortable on. They reminded me of the style of the Frye harness style white booties and I thought the price was low enough to give the color a try. The cut outs can show off statement socks. What do you think? Should I keep these or return and keep looking? The jeans will be the subject of another K/R post. They are too long but I wonder if they are worth keeping. They are supposed to be high rise but the waist comes to a couple of inches below my navel. The boot cut is a cut I did not<br /> Photos.
