I don't do anything really special, but I do commute (about 4 km a day now) in heels - uh, I wear out my heels pretty fast (I've swapped to walking in flats now). I do maybe an hour at the gym three or four times a week, 50/50 split cardio and weights. The leg things I do are just some stretches really, and I just follow the weight chart on the wall (sorry, I don't know the names of them).
