I went back to the shop and tried the smaller size on again. Way too small. Then measured both sizes and found that the smaller size was about 6cm narrower around the hips than the other one. I guess I need the size in between that doesn't exist. You have got the cool, polished shorts look down. The semi-tuck is great, and the sandals are chic choices, too. <br />I like the look of these shorts being a little loose, if they're comfortable for you. The one thing I might change is to have the legs tapered a bit, so they fit almost as closely at the knee as they do on the thigh. Definitely try a size down to see what happens. I don't want to go shorter, but there is no room to go longer either.<br />&nbsp;Are they the right size? The size down was much too tight.
