The GAP is definitely fall material, due to the color especially. They have a completely different vibe. In that sense, it would not be duplication if you end up keeping both. As you said: the H&amp;M is a denim material whereas the GAP ones is a heavy knit fabric. This one is more like a jeans jacket and actually looks great with shorts, etc, but it's too hot for that right now.
