Also, she just told me they look like "an odd shoe" overall, because of the tiny straps meeting in the front to make a knot. </p> <p>I think these are too sweet for her taste and what she sees me wear. I do wear a different type of shoe, less ALGO, i.e. see edited #1 above for my idea of a summer sandal. That's what she is accustomed to see me wearing.
