I think if you have a small wardrobe and you wear things a lot, I can see donating because you get bored. Not to take this thread off track but I think you bring up an interesting topic that might deserve a thread in itself. This one that I passed on was in a colour that wasn’t particularly flattering, and a cheaper fabrication. I like elevated outerwear now and it’s an important part of my style, so I was willing to upgrade. Fortunately I donated a trench last year and there is one more destined for the donate bin this year, so that makes room for this one. But I can only keep 1-2 in my closet - otherwise I always get frustrated by how little I get to wear them! It has a good weight abs drape to it. </p> <p>The pockets are both side entry and flap pockets. And Angie - good point about leaving it open! Come to think of it, that might be why I haven’t worn trenches as much in the past.
