But, even with that, I might have to side Angie's versatility argument. Sandals with spiky heels are limited-use items. You may get more bang for the buck with a closed toed pump. I obviously love these party shoes and plan to wear them with jeans and some brocade pants for a nice night out. I also have several black tie dinners next year to wear these. They are a limited wear item, max 5 times a year but wearable for at least 10 years.
