Fabric is very soft and smooth and it is not lint magnet which is often case with black pants. So, keep. I’d love to get over the saggy soggy sack of pancakes look, but don’t know if I have the kind of dedication that requires, so a good pair of pants is great. And thanks for the bronze compliment. I was surprised, as I went through my finds, to realize that I do indeed have some browns and earth tones in my closet. Thanks for thinking of my son too. He usually has a crash in early Oct, which is about when the German school calendar has a vacation, so I’m waiting hopefully to see if he can avoid the slide and the struggle with depression that follows. So far he is happy &amp; hopeful, but he usually is like that at the start of the school year. (I hope *that* isn’t tmi). </p> <p>Thanks Gigi. Ordered from Esprit before getting Astrid’s advice on a different thread. </p> <p>The grey and black have the same article number, but the opening on the grey is clearly smaller than the one on the black. The first pair, green, are a different cut. </p> <p>What do you think? </p> <p>PS on my pose: I generally do flat front pictures with one leg forward, because otherwise my knock knees make my belly look bigger than it is and skew everything. </p>
