On dresses this is often something you can do yourself. It seems like the perfect cheap and cheerful shot in the arm for your short summers. You don't need bullet proof quality for this application, IMHO. If you're not still in love with it after a few years, or it wears out, or you loose it, or what have you, you can just move on and find something new since it's not a Burberry. </p> <p>Fit seems decent and if you never want to roll the cuffs, you can just cut off the button and tabs. I think this works - the small was too tight in the shoulders to accommodate real clothese, but the M was too big in the body. What do you all think?
