And far better to have a pair of "nearly nude" shoes that are comfy and that you can wear for hours than a pair of "perfectly nude" shoes which absolutely cripple you. I think the principle of wearing nude shoes is to get a colour that looks like your skin tone from a reasonable distance, rather than one that is absolutely identical to your skin tone close up.
