Even if you are never going to wear them with the waist showing, my personal feeling is that BF jeans should *require* a belt, i.e. they need to be too big even around the low slung waist. I am very unsure as to how these are supposed to look and fit so would appreciate your guidance on which size to pick. The 6 is the most fitted but it's stretchy enough that I can still slide it off unbuttoned. So I think it's possible that they may get a little baggier with wear. Also, just for comparison, I tried on my husband's Levi 501 jeans (he just bought a new pair since he lost some weight, but they're still way baggy on me).
