Love! It’s a bit long but I like it this way. My ankles do show a bit, but it’s hard to get a good angle in photos. </p> <p>Pink dress - I really loved this at first and liked it less every time I put it on. Finally decided today that my gemming and hawing means it should go back. I wore this other bright linen dress from Boden at my work retreat. One such item is enough. </p> <p>As for pants, I both found an old pair I can use and also got an acceptable pair from amazon. It’s just hard for me to find the right fit in this silhouette, for the reasons Angie states in the comment below yours. I am happy enough when I do find it. I won’t write it off. I don’t mind the shapelessness of the dress as much, since it’s for summer and comfort trumps traditional flattery. I have plenty of fit and flare dresses. This is still in the mix. </p> <p>Angie, thank you for naming WHY those pants don’t work. I’m having trouble finding the right rise. Petite pants didn’t used to work for me but maybe I should try again now that rises are higher. I am happy to pass on those and am likely to keep the rest. I have some unrelated k/r items to run by the community.I think neither of these pants options is right for my trip, but it's also a pain to find lightweight pants for work in the summer, too so I'm evaluating these two pairs for that instead of the trip. I know that the lighting and framing for the fourth, the skirt, is terrible. I do the best I can in that small space and lack of light.
