Maybe I am not looking? On casual wear in terms of bottoms, what I do see is a sea of skinny jeans, cropped pants now that the weather got warmer and very little bootcuts. I have seen the high waisted, pleated trousers with tapered legs, but no, no slouchy or oversized skinnies. The BF jeans do get worn, mostly downtown, but I have not seen them unrolled. Again, they are few and far in between. I do think that chopping the excess length will chang the drape and line in the thigh area quite a lot.
