And I just read your story and looked at your pre-YLF pictures. You are right about the change in how you look; it's pretty amazing! I'm not sure about the heat issue. I always need a jacket in very hot climates because the minute I go indoors I am freezing (air conditioning). Keep in mind that I (and Ceit and Jules) all live in Canada where 40C would be considered very, very hot.
