I'd prefer it fitted and cropped at the hip, or else mid-thigh length and drapier. I do not think the style and cut of this sweater is the best (a bit dated, perhaps?)... although the color is fabulous. Perhaps it is something about the styling that is also making me think "no" on this one. I have a couple of bulky button-down shawl collar grandpa cardigans that I have held onto for several years because they are soooo cozy. I almost got rid of them a couple years back, but I am now liking them worn open with flared jeans and a wrap style top -- a sort of retro 1970's look.
