Not really because of the color, but because I have a poisoned eye for dressy heels with shorts (makes me feel like a "working lady"). </p> <p>- They are neither comfortable nor uncomfortable, if that makes sense. One ankle rubs significantly, so I'd have to wear a thick sock, I think. The soles are hard, but I could add a cushy insert. Does this all negate the purpose of S/S footwear? </p> <p>- DH hates them, even more than he dislikes my dalmatian booties, which he finds tolerable with bootleg jeans.
