I agree, this blazer looks good on you but if you are only looking to buy a couple of pieces, this may be too limiting. If you are unsure of how to wear it, you will spend time and energy you may not have trying to make it work. If you have time, maybe explore some more options and see if you find a better fit for your needs.
I do like it on you though:-)

From what I can see, the blazer looks nice - but Ideally, I need a pic from the front to asses the fit without your hands on your hips. It's a lightweight blazer though, and we are heading into cold weather. Not sure that's a good idea.

I think it looks beautiful on you with the column of black and with the dress. It even goes with the red pants as long as the blouse is black or maybe dark gray.
I like how you styled it by wearing it unbottoned, it looks better on you than on the model.
All this said, the bottom line is how do you feel in it. Also, take it for a drive in your car, that way you will see better if it is comfortable.
Congrats on your baby!

I'm doing a small wardrobe refresh before I return to work from maternity leave. I was really into this black and white floral CeCe blazer at Nordstrom Rack bit now that I've got it home I'm coming up blank on how to style it or if it is a good style for my body shape. I usually (but not always) go patterned on the bottom to balance a large chest and short waist.

It is hard to see in the pictures but each white flower is outlined in a light purple/gray. I'm having a hard time figuring out colors to go with this?

My work is business casual all of the fall and then we return to business dress in January. So ideally I could use some outfits to dress this up or down. But I just keep getting a nagging sense of not making this work for me. Ideas???

Pictured:
Over unstructured top and denim skinnies
Over black work dress
Over different black shirt and red skinnies
Online photo of blazer
Thanks!
