Both those tops are perfect. I adore the spotty one. Nearly all my pants have stretchy elastic waists which I just cover over. None are wide like those and so I wear longer tops, but for the wider pants you need shorter tops. I've found that to be the case for me personally; if I'm going to wear a cropped pant, I prefer it to fit more smoothly at the top. They are viscose jersey and we're regularly $138. However, they seem to hit me at the worst possible (widest part of my stomach/hips) spot. And I am not sure what I would wear with them?
