You wear it beautifully and I like citron with grey and black. Don't analyze it, just try it on with different things from your closet and I am sure you will find a ton of combinations which work well! It's such a strong statement colour that wearing it over neutrals really makes it shine. While wearing it over colour is definitely one way to wear it I am not sure that would be consistent with your style Una. I'm expecting that you want to edge the coat up. This is one of the few colours I find has an edge to it, it's very cool! But it could easily fall into more classic territory depending in styling.
