They probably will stretch a bit, depending on the fabrication and when washed will go back to their original size. I'm not sure you will find better, they really do fit you well and, like you said, they will give a little with wear. It's hard to find white jeans that fit the bill and are not see through. Try them with different tops and see how you feel about them.
