I think the raspberry top is most flattering on you, colour and cutwise - I'm not sure about the dresses, like the other ladies have said, I think you have some much more fab-tastic pieces in your wardrobe!

Natalie: You look lovely in the dresses and I can see entirely what drew you to them. That said, I think you have better versions of this formula already in your closet, and this fabric seems to lack the body that makes these dresses work really well. This dress was a wonderful idea in the designer's head, but I think the execution is just short of fab.

I do love that raspberry color on you but it's hard to see the tier detail. If the tiers lay flat, I vote keep.

I am very conflicted about this dress. I personally want to love it. As a matter of fact, I picked it up in the blue color and have it at home. As I said when you first posted on it, I bought the striped one it at full price, when it first came out, because I loved the idea of the stripes. I returned it as I felt it made me look wide and gave me a pooch I don't really have, because of the fine elastic down the waistband.

I see the rouching as a problem but Angie gave Rae's a K rating, I believe. I do trust her implicitly. She liked it on you too!

Would it be too much to take those bathroom pictures you do from time to time? The overhead lighting is throwing me off big time.

I would return the dresses. The draping looks rather odd and is absolutely designed to show off a very flat abdomen. You don't want a dress that is going to require a particular kind of lighting.

I think the top is cute.

Hm, I'd like to see the dresses in different light although I do believe you when you say the overhead is making them less flattering than in real life. As for color, I think they both look good, so I guess I vote green since you already have a good amount of ink blue, teal, and turquoise.

I'm not sure about the pink top, but maybe that is because the tiers aren't laying how I am used to from the B44 dress?

I love the colour and fit of the raspberry top and think it would be a very useable piece.
Not loving the drape of the dresses though. I feel as if the style swamps your petite frame?

The dresses are lovely. I prefer the blue on you. This dress does seem a lot like others you have, now that might be ok with you but I am wondero g if you need to add another of this style to your closet? Hope you dont mind me asking:). With the top I prefer the striped version as I find it more interesting. The raspberry is pretty but I find it somehow a little nondescript:(

In this thread I posted pics of the Given then Gathered dress from Anthro (http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....y-discount) and Rae nudged me to go ahead and get it after she posted her awesome pics in the dress when it went on sale (http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....ss-on-sale). Fortunately they let me use my birthday discount on top of that, so I ended up getting the dress for $59! I couldn't decide between blue (which Angie said looked killer!) and the green. I think the blue is more my typical color palette (I love turquoise) but I already have a turquoise Michael Kors print faux wrap dress and another turquoise agate print dress so I'm wondering if this dress would be too redundant. The kelly green is a shade I don't have yet in a dress (I do have a couple tops in green & emerald). Which one do you think looks better? I could keep both if you can't decide, but I don't have to if there's a clear favorite. Keep in mind the overhead lighting is creating shadows and making my tummy look bulgier than usual, I think. Although I do see Zap's point about how the flat midsection kind of emphasizes the tummy more than it would if it was gathered all over.
Here is the link to the dress:
http://www.anthropologie.com/a.....724130.jsp
also comes in striped (but the beige color did nothing for my skin):
http://www.anthropologie.com/a.....724130.jsp

Also I found this raspberry colored asymmetric Slanted Layers top that seems like a good MOTG shirt. It was on sale as well for $29.95 so I ended up getting it for $25 with the birthday discount. Should I keep?
http://www.anthropologie.com/a.....065542.jsp
also comes in striped:
http://www.anthropologie.com/a.....065542.jsp

Thanks for your help!
