There are a couple of telltale spots that send the "too big" message, and it doesn't quite look like it was cut to be that way on purpose. I like the tuxedo lapels and the color is pretty. One that fits properly in the shoulders will make you look even better though. It is a fraction too wide at the shoulders and roomy across the upper chest.
