Costco! It pays to go look and leave no stone unturned there. </p> <p>Our local Costco has regular clothes piles, and then also has seasonal "booths" which change about every 2-3 weeks. These are privately owned. Prices are a bit higher than what's on the piles, however still very much cheaper than retail. I always check it out. </p> <p>Anyway, this particular top came from the piles, believe it or not! For the first outfit, I'd prefer it with tights. Then I think the length would be okay (as it is with the loose, boxy top). Funny how those things can make a difference.
