This cape actually doubles as a poncho because of the double zippers on the sides. It would fit under a trench coat when worn as a poncho but not as a cape, if that makes sense.</p> <p>Wearing my hair up is another option that I will try. This cape is so well made and versatile, I'm going to see if I can make it work. I can see wearing this in summer too, over a dress or tank top at night. Can you pull the cowl down lower so that it is less like a turtleneck (like on the model)?
