https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/kr-a-crop-of-cardigans Style Advice for Fashion Lovers en-US Sat, 11 Apr 2026 08:56:26 +0000 http://bbpress.org/?v=1.0.2 q https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/search.php https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/kr-a-crop-of-cardigans#post-1187608 Fri, 07 Mar 2014 14:41:38 +0000 Emily 1187608@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>Thanks for lending me your eyes! &nbsp;Regarding the colours, the light in my photo spot is rather warm. &nbsp;The first cardigan is a cool silvery grey, the second is a cool-toned beige per the stock photo, and the last is straight-up grey a little darker than the stock photo IMO.&nbsp;</p> <p>The first cardigan was &lt;$20, fits well, and feels nice. &nbsp;The knit is light but layers well over my silk and sleeveless blouses. &nbsp;I previously had an Anna cardigan in a similar shape and colour from BR which has worn terribly and needs to go, so I'll be keeping this one.</p> <p>The open stitch cardigan was actually my favourite of the three. &nbsp;I like the length for me - it is quite short though it is not petite. &nbsp;I worry that the shoulders may be a bit small, though. &nbsp;I did like the colour over my black and white blouses but am not sure it plays well with my dress. &nbsp;I came pretty close to keeping it, but I think I will send it back for now and maybe try&nbsp;in a bigger size and possibly in black next time I am in Banana Republic.&nbsp;</p> <p>The moto cardigan I really wanted to like, and the fit is okay, though I feel like I maybe have linebacker shoulders in it. &nbsp;Unfortunately,&nbsp;I have a a quirk wherein I cannot abide anything touching my throat (loose scarves = yes, turtlenecks = never) and the rounded snaps on the collar do just that whether the sweater is open or closed. &nbsp;:&lt; Boourns.</p> <p>Thank you all&nbsp;again - I really appreciate your help! </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/kr-a-crop-of-cardigans#post-1187242 Fri, 07 Mar 2014 03:44:22 +0000 unfrumped 1187242@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I like the easy fit of #1 though 2&amp;3 are shorter and a bit better for a dress.<br /> I'm wondering about the colors, too. The first one is probably too long with the dress (though belting it helps), but it looks fab in #4 to my eye. And I am not terribly fond of the second sweater regardless of how it is worn.
