I love it all but #6.

1, 2, 4 and 5 are all great buys in my book. That said, I wonder if you need to go down a size in #5. It's a brilliant dress for Seattle! I want you to have it.

You look INCREDIBLE in #1. That orchid colour is too sensational for words against your skin tone. I can't believe that you don't wear pink!

Thank you all for your sweet comments. I decided to keep it all except for #2. I don't have a good bra for it and don't want to buy one. I can see some of the issues some of you have mentioned, but other features made me happy to keep them anyway. #5 isn't too big, though I can see how it might look like that in the picture. If it were any smaller, I would look like a sausage when I sit down. :)

Thanks!

Love the top! What a great color and cut on you. I think the dresses are all perfect summer MOTG pieces--easy and breezy. The only item that I don't care for is the dress in 5--something about the shoulders looks off. Great haul, Brenda!

How exciting!

My favourites are 4 and 6; I think these dresses will work well with your modern classic style. They are versatile pieces that can be paired with jackets, cardies, scarves, belts and shoes to give you many different looks. (Does #4 fit? Would a smaller size be more flattering?).

However, I think that you should go shorter on both dresses - you've got the legs and youth to carry it off!

The top is indeed a keeper Brenda - gorgeous on you! And I really like the black/white dress in #4. I'm not keen on #5 - the neckline/shoulders and pattern placement all combine to make your shoulders look strange. The turquoise sheath is a great basic - am wondering if you should try on a size down for fit. I'm kind of on the fence about #2 - neither love nor hate.

I am surprising myself by preferring the printed dresses on you over the solid sheath. The knits give you a very feminine shape, IMO. Love the one with the black background. All are really good colors on you and I like the blouse too!

Love #1 and #4! Keep!

#2 is fine, but doesn't wow me like #4. I also don't like how your bra shows in the back.

Something about the neckline of #5 makes your shoulders look very sloped, which they're not, based on the other photos of you. I'd return.

#6 looks like a good basic that you could dress up or down, although is it a smidge big on you? Could you size down?

My loot came yesterday. I'm pretty happy with most of it. Let's see what you think. If anything is too long, I can fix that.

1) top... I plan to keep this unless there is strong opposition. It's comfy and cool, and goes with all my jeans and most of my summer skirts.

2/3) hi/lo dress... this knit is very casual but my life is casual. If the hem is too long, I can hem it shorter. It's not an extreme hi/lo but obvious enough to look intentional. It has an interesting back. Am I the only one who cringes when they see their back up close? Ack

4) black and white print... this is pinned to about where I would hem it. It's an A line and I like the elbow length sleeves.

5) I love the colors on this. It doesn't look very summery but I'm good with that. We don't have much of a summer here anyway. I rolled the sleeves up a bit. They are supposed to be 3/4 length. I also pinned the length. Looking at the picture, it might need to be shorter.

6) pieced sheath... I don't know if you can see it in the picture, but there are neat diagonal seams across the front because of the pieced style. It looks lighter on my screen than it is in real life. It is turquoise, not sea foam green.
