I like the layers in it since it gives your hair fullness. Wrap dresses are every woman's BFF. The green dress is definitely the better color of the two. The red color is okay but the green will complement your hair and eye color. Purple also looks good on blondes since it's the opposite color of yellow on the color wheel. A purple eyeliner will complement your eye color as well. Greens and purples are your best friend. Blue looks good on everyone. Just stay away from pastels and colors like wheat, beige.
