Time. I vastly prefer it to a black coat. Because the reality is, in the winter months, I wear a lot of black. Pop a bright color coat over an otherwise mostly black outfit... and it's just the ticket. It also cheers me up on a gloomy winter day... or when winter drags on way too long. </p> <p>The only consideration you need to worry about is what color scarves, hat, gloves, and handbag.
