However I think you could find a dressier top in a colour, and have a great outfit, and then still be able to dress both pieces down with other separates for the office (or the family xmas parties you mentioned. But I don't think you have to pack that away after Christmas... sparkle is in!). Would you be comfortable wearing this as is to the office, for example?
