Your style to me always has a bit of Austrian element (small florals on dark grounds, dirndl-like skirts, boiled-wool type jackets, climbable boots or oxfords) at least what I pictured as Austrian style when I read about Austrian designers way back when I was your age, though clearly I have next to no clue. But it sort of strikes me as though it could be a Euro-classic equivalent of the Ivy league (US) or Sloane ranger (UK) classic style that you are riffing off of, and I think it's part of why you can pull together what to a North American eye like really disparate elements, and it not only looks like you, but it l;ooks like it all belongs together organically. Am I making any sense? It's definitely a warmer green than it looks, it goes well with the warm burgundy/rost red of the one plaid skirt, but doesn't work with the cool green in the other plaid. I was hoping it would turn out more like that cool green. It's less boxy than I thought and the sleeves are just the right lenght (many reviews said they were too short). It's a tiny bit itchy on bare skin, but I'm sensitive that way. It's alright with something layered under it. The only thing is that the green is much darker than I thought, kind of mossy looking.
