It is lightweight and somewhat shiny so it looks more festive in person.<br /> I also have some reservations about #4 - it fits perfectly at the moment but it does not have much give so it will not accommodate any weight fluctuations. I’d wear it to work, but, I don’t worry too much about whether others think my clothes are too “va-voom” or distracting. A different colour top and/or topper could give it a more conservative appearance. I can tell it hangs really well and from what you describe it sounds like a keeper. I am a regular skirt wearer and I don’t think it’s hard to style this type of skirt. It looks so good on you!<br /> The pencil in 4 is a no brainer in my opinion. It looks so elegant! </p>
