It doesn't bother me at all. But if it bothers you, you won't wear it. Looks great open too. In the side view, photo 5, it may be that you are twisting to take the photo, but it looks like the fabric is twisted, as if it may be a little thin or clingy for wearing over another knit top. This cardigan is interesting and would work for casual weekends and potentially casual work outfits. However I'm not sure of the fit. I feel it looks a little lumpy when closed.
