I think they're more flattering on you from the side and the back than they are from the front. I'd move on if you have any doubts.

Thanks Texstyle! Not for summer particularly, I just need new jeans in general. I do have some lightwash bootcuts that are very worn out, nothing else besides. I've tried a lot of the lighter washes I've came across in the last few weeks, but there hasn't been a pair yet that fit right and looked good. I've seen a white pair in the same fit as one of my favourites (at least in name) online that I thought about trying, but I think they're too expensive at full price.

ETA

I'm thinking about returning them now. I agree with you all that they look fine, but maybe I should invest the money better into something different.

Are you getting these for summer Astrid? Do you have light wash jeans (can't remember) or do you not like lighter wash? These look to fit you fine, but I'm not sure if there is anything special about them.

Thanks Hil. I don't have a problem with that, it's also not as noticeable IRL.

Thanks Alasse! I'm normally not a fan either, but it didn't bother me in this case.

Thanks Neel! They do have a tiny bit of drop crotch going on, it's not just the way I was standing.

I like the wash (which is different from your other jeans). The embroidery and the fit from the back are great too. Are you wearing the jeans a bit lower? There is some folding going on at the crotch. But I can't make it out clearly. Or is that just the way you are standing?

I think they fit well, though I personally don't care for "holes" in jeans.

I hadn't planned to buy another pair of jeans so soon after getting the other pair and I more or less stumbled across these by chance - I almost didn't try them on because I was in a hurry.

They're sized down BFs, again. The 'holes' aren't really holes but embroidery. Does it look strange? They are fairly high waisted in comparison to all the other jeans I had lately, but they fit perfectly on top - no gaping at the waist, no cutting in. They were at full price, but not over what I'm prepared to pay for a pair of jeans. What do you think? Are they worth keeping, especially considering I just got another pair? If I keep them then that would be the last denim purchase for a while (besides shorts or clamdiggers, maybe).
