Belted loose clothing is coming in for Spring &amp; it might help with any fears of the volume or it making you look big (I don't think it does make you look big). I think unbelted is also fashionable as the oversized undefined waist hasn't even fully caught on &amp; now fashion is embracing waists again. If it looks good it could be 2 dresses in 1. The belt will make it shorter though if you blouse the top part a bit, which is how I envision it. The details are nice-/ the shoulders and collar and hem. The material does look great ; sort of like a Tencil. Color fab. So go for it ! </p>
