And that is what F-21 does. They take ideas and mass market them cheaply. ( Think about all the similar dresses that pop up the morning after the Oscars...)</p> <p>F-21 did not try to pass this off as a Kate Spade, so there is honesty in that. I also think that Kate Spade wasn't the one who came up with the eyeglasses on a chain idea either. I am much older than you...and this has been around a really long time.
