I wear tall white boots with no tights all the time in the spring, provided I know it's not going to be too warm. In fact I only wear those boots with no tights because for some reason the zipper on the left boot always shreds the tights on my right leg. :-)</p> <p>Anyway, it helps that the boots are not black, like Joy said.
