She answered my email promptly and with quite a bit of detail. The jacket is 24 inches long from top of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem and when flat, is 24 inches wide from the bottom of the arm opening to the other bottom of the arm opening. The waist then tapers to 20 inches across when laid flat and done up.</p> <p>She said the jacket is meant to be quite loose and flowing and not fitted at all.
