They really are so smart.</p> <p>Please let me share you my funny story from yesterday. My 8 yr. old has had an on-going sinus infection that we can't kill. So I took him to the doctor and then then the drugstore. Because he was coughing so much I was really aware of him not spreading germs and " contaminating" other people. I didn't want him to touch anything.</p> <p>At the drugstore he saw a huge road atlas that he wanted. I said no, we are here to buy medicine and go home. Well he bugged me for 1/2 hour. Toward the end, he goes and gets the atlas and says, " I stuck the corner up my nose. I still had some maternity items (Ack! My youngest is 6!) and some of the shirts had removable shoulder pads. I was attaching the shoulder pads back on when my 6 yr. old walked in and asked me what they were. I showed her how they can come off and she asked why. So I explained that everyone's body is different and that some women have bigger hips and small shoulders so they want to balance the way their body looks. Then I explained that my shoulders are bigger than my hips so I took off the shoulder pads. Then my daughter grabs the shoulder pads and says, "So you can put it on your hips!" and she proceeded to put them on her hips. Oh that was a precious moment! </p>
