Lands’ End routinely has promotions with the usual being 40% off (everything) or 50% off coats/outerwear.</p> <p>I’m 5ft 7in and 138 lbs with broad shoulders and 38inch at fullest part of hips. I went with a Medium (size 10-12). I almost always wear 10 for anything with sleeves, but 8 for sleeveless and in bottoms. The coat measures 50inches from the coat loop (at the base of neck) to the hem. I have a long puffer myself, and very often when I wear it, people--even complete strangers--will come up to me and ask where it was purchased. As a person who will often wear skirts and dresses even in deep winter, I really treasure my long winter coats including my long puffer.</p> <p>You wear the long puffer better than the models do, Carla, and pic #2 is GORGEOUS! Neither the coat shape nor the colour is "too much."</p> <p>General comment: It's UPLIFTING to see people in non-neutral coats, especially in dark winter. If you have a couple of neutral coats already, I think it is a GREAT idea to let your next coat be non-neutral. </p>
