I can't get all upset about bra straps or even cups and sides showing unless they look awful (though, why did you buy a bra that looks awful anyway?) or seem stretched out of shape or grubby. </p> <p>Though, in this specific instance, what *was* bothering me was they seemed to be fighting with the lines of the neckline/armhole. I think the dress is adorable on you. My bra straps show all the time because I like wide neck and oversized tops so things are always slipping and sliding around. I am less tolerant of the bra itself showing, but that happens on me too especially with sleeveless tops in the under arm area. If I attach my arms to my sides and never raise my arms I guess I am OK! I say it's time for bra showing tolerance. The bra straps were bothering me too but I remembered this bra converts to a halter so I did that and it works better. My hair pretty much covers the strap around the neck. You can see a bit of the bra at the neckline but since the lacy straps are pretty and it's a navy bra that matches the dress I'm just going with it! </p> <p>@Laura - staying cool isn't a problem. There's a self-tie belt that's supposed to tie in front but it looks terrible on me that way so I've tied it in the back instead. The back has an interesting twist but makes a bra problematic. I'm wearing a racerback bra here. Does it look too awful or should I wear strapless? Which might be a deal breaker. </p> <p>What do you think? </p>
