In the heat, as you've found, it will be comfy! In the summer, I wear more prints because they hide sweat better than solids. And as Suz said, your shoulder line looks fab in this type of style. Honestly, your arms look fine to me, too. Though not if you just don't like it!<br />The colors are lovely for summer, lovely watercolor happy, &nbsp;and it's an "any color" dress for accessorizing--black, white, brights, metallics--so likely you will have other items to make outfits. Throw on a cardi for indoors or to change the look.
