Peri good for you on the closet review - not an easy task.
I love you in this colour pink! Perfection for your hair and skin tone. I say pass on 1 and 2 but look to replace the pink colour.
For sentimental reasons keep the red tucked away in your closet.

I think the pink in #1 is very nice and suits your skin tone. Have you tried wearing a untucked shirt instead that's a contrasting pop like mint green or yellow? It would defrump it, I think.

#2 is a nice style but washes you out, so I vote pass.

For #3, you could separate the twin set? The red knit top could be a good basic shell for blazers. For the oversized cardigan, how about shrinking it in the dryer? I've tried doing this before, the trick is to keep checking every 10 minutes so it doesn't shrink too much.

Perhaps you can simply hang #3 in your closet, so that you can look at it. I do that from time to time with sentimental pieces that I don't wear anymore, but enjoy the story behind them. I wish I could help you rescue the silhouette, but it does not seem salvageable at this point.

I vote pass on #1 and #2. The fit in #1 is not ideal, and the colour of #2 is too yellow for your skin tone.

I love the pink color on you - I think it could work with the right bottoms, perhaps boyfriend jeans and cool belt. Regards the red one, why not keep, even if just for sentimental reasons since it was a gift from your mom.

Chapter one was the things I was pretty sure about tossing, I just wanted to be sure. The board voted almost unanimously...yuck!

Here are two sweaters I'm on the fence about. I don't love them, but don't see major things wrong with them either. I wouldn't buy them now because I'm on a looser-longer kick, but I don't think they are horrible. I'm just tired of them, that's all. So...what do you see...good or dated? Decent or unflattering?

Pic 3 is a red cashmere twin set, gift from my mom like 12 years ago. I think this is the wrong kind of oversized? Just the dumpy kind of too big looking? I can't bear to part with a top quality perfect shade of red cashmere so I don't think I'm tossing it. Is there any chance it looks okay, or any way to save it?
