Beautiful watch! Spinning like that would make me bonkers, and I wear my watches on my right hand (being right-handed) so they suffer more abuse than on a regular person's opposite wrist... I feel the pain, can't wear bangle-type watches because they all are way too loose :(.

Hmmm, it can't be made smaller because of how the strap is attached so I'll just have to decide if I can handle the looseness. Perhaps a day or two test drive around the house to see if it indeed bonks on my computer when I type, or the table when I eat. Man, I hate when something is so close but not quite right!! Argh. Amazon is good with returns so that's comforting . . .

I like my watches just loose enough to be able to slide them up and down an inch or so but not loose enough for the face to actually turn. If it can't be tightened, I'm afraid it might really bother you over time. (And Happy Belated Bday!)

The sliding around would drive me berserk, but I have to admit that's a short trip for me! I agree re: having another hole added.

As others have said, take it to a cobbler for suggestions (probably a new hole) before giving up on it. It actually looks like a bangle bracelet, but getting it beat up on things would not be good.

I'm with kristinek can you put another hole in it? It would drive me crackers keep swiveling round and I'd worry about scratching the face x

Love the white watch. It will be perfect for summer. It is a nice size for your dainty wrist. If it is leather, you can take it to a shoemaker and see if they can poke another hole in it for you. I actually usually do this myself with a hammer and a skinny nail.

Is it possible to have another hole put in the wrist band? Sort of like you might do with a belt which is too loose? If so, I vote yay -- I love this watch! If not, and you really do think it will drive you crazy, I think you should return it.

Happy belated birthday! Sleek watch. You have great taste. I prefer my watches on the looser side--but not so loose that the face moves around. I hate fussing with things like that--that would be a deal breaker for me.

My birthday gift watch to myself came today. I really like it except . . . it is a tad loose and swivels around toward the back of my wrist. I'm not sure if this is a deal breaker or not. Maybe it's supposed to fit more like a bangle? The downside is, this puts the case in a spot to knock against things and scratch or break. I tried to show where it slides to but it's an awkward picture to try and take lol. :)

yay - keep the watch, wear it as jewelry and expect it to move a little like a bracelet
Nay - return. It will drive you crazy and you'll knock the crystal up against everything
