Makes it more relaxed to me, but not sure if that's what you're going for. In fact the whole outfit #1/2 is awesome and makes me wish I had white clams so I could also copy! Top #2's print seems sweet, I'm not sure of your preferences for pattern so can't advise there but the shirt looks like it fits you well. I quite like the third top, looks especially crisp with your white skinnies!
