Certain styles are great though and I love the thought to have sturdy boots or booties that hold up a long time. I usually buy boots a little loose and put in a wool insole in winter. It sounds like these won't work whenever it's cold enough to need socks or may be wet outside, and so I don't think they're worth keeping. Can you try sizing up and seeing if they fit with socks and are more comfy? I even like them better in the darker hue. I originally wanted grey ones, but I think taupe is a color that goes very well with all the cool colors too.I don't have any booties at all yet, only my black boots. The color is not as light as it looks online, it's more of an taupe, but I like it. The length is okay, but they are fairly tight around the toes. I probably couldn't wear them with socks or thicker tights, unless the leather gives a little bit. The heels are manageable.</p> <p>#1/2 What do you think about the look with the skirt? Can I wear them with black? Do you think I would need to bookend them? </p> <p>#3 I have no idea about the way these are supposed to fit, but here you can see how much room I have around the ankles. Is it supposed to be like that? Tight around the toes and loose-fitting around the ankles feels peculiar when I walk.</p> <p>I'm not entirely sure whether I want to keep them or not. Please help me figure these out! Yay for keep them, nay for keep searching. If you vote nay, could you tell me why? </p>
